Returns
Returns are accepted up to 30 days after purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition and have tags intact. Shipping fees are not refundable. To request a return, please email woodenhorse@stjmontgomery.org.
Shipping (Out of Town Orders Only):
- The Saint James School Wooden Horse ships packages once per week via USPS to areas outside of the River Region. Tracking is available. Average shipping time once the order is processed is 2-4 business days.
- The Wooden Horse does not ship on weekends or school holidays when school is not in session. Shipments are processed each Friday.
- You will be notified via email when your order has shipped or is ready for pick up.
On-Campus Pickup:
FREE Delivery to your student's division-level office is available when school is in session. Orders placed by 10am on Thursdays will be processed once per week and delivered each Friday to the division you indicate when placing your order. Orders placed after 10am on Thursdays will be fulfilled the following week.
